300BPH Automatic 5 gallon Barrel Bottle Bottling Machine

Product Description:

WFC series ----a variety of fully automatic washing filling capping machinery for large bottle --5 gallon bottle ( 18.9Liter bottle, 3gallon and 6gallon is available) water line
1. This filling line specially produces 3&5 gallons barreled drinking pure water.
2. This series barreled filling production line integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit.
3. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, bottle washer adopts multiple liquid injections washing and disinfectant spray, and washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal bottle caps automatically.

CGF series Water Filling Machine and packaging machinery is a self-developed new product by our R&D department to meet the requirement of multi-usage demands for our customers. The water filling machine is consisted of ringsing-filling-caping all together. It can fill mineral water, pure water and distill water etc. CGF water filling machine adpots the suspension design. It allows the machine to fill different type of the bottles. It is normally used as drinking water filling machine. However, it can also be used for fill PET bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperature by simply change some parts. It can be connected with our others machines to form the water filling machine and packaging machinery production line.
