This kind of complete set of machine combines washing, filling and
rotary capping functions in one unit, is a fully automatic and high
efficieney liquid packing equipment.
It is suitable for packing beverage containing gas. Its performance
is as follwing: All parts, for instance, filling valve, which
directly contact medium are made of stainless steel or harmless
material. So it conforms to the requirements of Food sanitation.
Sealing parts are made of heat-proofing rubber, in order to meet
the technique requirements of users to sterilization at high
temperature. Using programmable controller to realize fully
automatic control from bottles entering to finishing packing.
Using transducer as speed regulator, so the user can regulate the
machine easily to suit different power requirements. Adopting equal
pressure filling principle and current spring valves in order to
assure beverage quality. Using advanced magnetic coupler to
regulate cap-screwing torque, in order to assure capping quality.
1. Adopts the negative pressure filling which we specifically
design for CSD filling, it ensures minimal loss of CO2 from the
product
2. The configuration of filler is advanced, pithy and rational and
the driving and up-down transmission is located between the
stainless steel working plat and the bracket and their waterproof
is good, sanitary and credible and adjusting and maintaining are
very easy.
3. The professional filling valves ensure the valves open and close
flexibly because of using guide sheath. Adopting easy-fixed
configuration, the valve is easy to cleaning promptly and has
automatic cleaning function
4. The filling operation is faster and more stable because the new
type micro pressure filling system is adopted.
